Shibumi Firenze for Thomas Mason (UK)

Commissioned by the renowned UK fabric mill Thomas Mason for their own publication (magazine/online), my photography showcases Shibumi Firenze, the luxury menswear accessories brand founded by Benedikt Fries. Based in Florence, Shibumi is celebrated for its exquisite, handmade ties, pocket squares, and scarves, all meticulously crafted in Italy.

Shibumi Firenze embodies a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary, understated elegance. Their dedication to using high-quality materials – a key reason for their feature by a premier fabric supplier like Thomas Mason – ensures each piece possesses exceptional quality and timeless appeal.

My role in this editorial photography project was to visually capture the meticulous attention to detail, the sophisticated aesthetic, and the inherent quality of Shibumi's creations. The images aim to illustrate the artistry and commitment to excellence that align Shibumi Firenze with Thomas Mason's own standards, providing compelling visual storytelling for Thomas Mason's audience of discerning gentlemen and industry professionals.
