I am a Finnish photographer specializing in capturing the subtleties of craftsmanship and the narratives of daily life. I work as a freelance photographer serving clients across Germany and Finland, including a role as a stringer for Helsingin Sanomat, Finland's leading national newspaper. In this capacity, I cover a range of subjects from current events to in-depth interviews focused on Germany.

Beyond still photography, I am skilled in videography and video editing, crafting compelling visual stories through moving images. My photographic journey began with formal education in Finland, followed by a degree in Contemporary Photographic Arts from The University for the Creative Arts in the UK.

My professional experience includes over four years at Zalando as a product photographer and retoucher, followed by a creative stint at Carhartt Work in Progress, deepening my expertise in capturing the essence of modern workwear. More recently, I've spent two years as a food photographer at HelloFresh, perfecting the art of culinary imagery.

Today, my work primarily focuses on the artistry of craftsmen and women, including bespoke tailors, shoemakers, weavers, and other artisans. This dedication to artisanal beauty is also expressed through my co-founding role at Der Feine Herr, an online magazine that celebrates bespoke menswear.

While craft documentation is my specialty, my versatile approach extends to various photographic disciplines. I regularly photograph classical music concerts and cultural events, bringing the same attentive eye to capturing live performances. I welcome diverse projects that benefit from thoughtful visual storytelling.
