Klaus Haapaniemi & Co.

My photographic collaborations support Klaus Haapaniemi & Co., the design brand established in 2010 by renowned Finnish designer Klaus Haapaniemi and co-director Mia Wallenius, who brings extensive fashion art direction experience. Celebrated internationally for its unique artistic vision, the brand translates Haapaniemi's whimsical, folkloric style into intricate designs for textiles, ceramics, and lifestyle products, often showcased through collaborations with partners like Iittala and Christian Louboutin.

The photography I have created for them serves diverse needs within their creative ecosystem. A significant portion is utilized directly by the Klaus Haapaniemi & Co. brand for its official website, marketing collateral, product showcases, and e-commerce. Beyond the brand's direct commercial use, specific images are also employed by both Klaus Haapaniemi and Mia Wallenius for their individual projects, presentations, or artistic documentation. Furthermore, my work has frequently illustrated magazine features focusing on Klaus Haapaniemi as a designer and the distinctive world he and Mia have built. This includes editorial photography and documenting their exhibitions at venues such as Studio 4 Berlin and the Embassy of Finland in Berlin.
